Three Things You Can Do on a Coach Bus You Couldn’t Do Traveling Another Way

Traveling is fun and all, but the actual act of going from one place to another can get a little boring. Nobody enjoys spending hours and hours on the road, cooped up in a plane, train, or automobile, which is why many people prefer bus charters.

Not only do coach buses have tons of room to relax, they also afford riders the opportunities to do several different activities other modes of transportation can’t. Here are just a few of the things you can do on a coach bus that you couldn’t traveling another way.

Watch Netflix, Read the New York Times, or Stomp Your “Friends” in Trivia Crack.

Believe it or not, you can check your Facebook, post to Instagram, tweet to your heart’s content, read the news, watch some Netflix, play some Candy Crush, respond to emails, and maybe even get a little bit of work done while riding a coach bus. How? Because many coach buses have WiFi capabilities.

Purchase and Consume a Fun (but Probably) Unhealthy Amount of Junk Food.

Traveling is supposed to be a nice break from routine, so why not indulge a little and feast on some junk food? Unlike planes or trains, charter buses can make quick pit stops, giving you the chance to stock up on some delicious junk food. Plus, because coach buses are cheaper ways to travel, you’ll have plenty more to spend.  (Disclaimer for the health conscious amongst our readers: Healthy options are a great way to go too!  Why not grab some quick snack packs of hummus and pretzels, carrots and ranch or dried fruits and nuts?  All excellent options for trip ahead!)

Stop Worrying About Global Climate Change as Much

Coach bus transportation is incredibly green, which means you don’t have to feel guilty about riding one. Motorcoaches provide 206.6 passenger miles per gallon of fuel, whereas single-occupant automobiles can only get 27.2 passenger miles per gallon, which means coach buses are incredibly fuel efficient. Plus, they’re three times more efficient in reducing CO2 output in comparison to commuter rails, and a whopping six times more efficient than transit buses are.

Why be bored on a trip when you could travel comfortably on a bus that lets you do more things for fun?
