1. What do you mean by "late model" buses?
When you hear the term 'late model' you may tend to think it refers to charter buses that are 'vintage' or 'classic' or even outdated, however, its actually the complete opposite! 'Late model' buses actually refers to the most current model available on the market, so when you're riding on one of our 'late model' buses, you can rest easy knowing that you're riding in the best, most current and up-to-date motorcoach out there.
2. What if my driver gets tired?
Our drivers are not allowed to operate our motorcoaches for more than 10 hours at a time and can only be on duty for a 15-hour maximum. This provides them enough down time to get the sleep they need and to relax and resume driving the charter buses when they are refreshed and alert.
3. If I travel on a motorcoach, can I travel one way, only?
Yes! At Cardinal, our charter bus lines accommodate virtually every type of travel need out there. We have riders that travel across states and simply across the street. If you're going one way, our charter buses will get you there safely and if or when you decide to come back, we'll pick you up!
5. Do you have special items available upon request on your motorcoaches?
We've worked hard to provide everything you will need to make your trip as comfortable and relaxing as possible. All our buses have DVD setups, a PA system with a microphone and a number of other amenities, including lavatories (lavatories not available on 24-passenger buses). Many of buses have free WIFI on board as well! If there's anything you need to make your trip more comfortable, just ask and we'll do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.
6. I liked the driver from my last trip; can I specifically request the same person for my next one?
Of course! We want you to be as comfortable as possible on our charter bus lines and often times our clients do establish a good rapport with our friendly, courteous driver and want to travel with them again. If you have a specific driver in mind that you'd like to accompany you on your trip, just ask!
