Safety is our top priority. By proactively maintaining our fleet of school buses, undergoing regular safety inspections, performing background checks on all of our drivers, and ample driver training, we take every precaution to ensure students reach their destination safely.
Our drivers undergo a background check, drug test, and medical screening before they are hired. Then, they enter an extensive performance-based training program, which requires the new driver to demonstrate proficiency and skills prior to graduation. After initial training, ongoing safety and operations training is required of all drivers. If a driver falls below our expected standard, remedial training is required. Our school bus drivers are trained specifically to drive a school bus.
