How far in advance should I book my charter bus rental?

Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended — however, you can call anytime and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Some dates in April, May, June, and many weekend dates will be booked 9-12 months in advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to a week before your trip. For groups requiring an ADA charter bus, please provide as much advanced notice as possible.

Can Cardinal Charter Bus rental accommodate handicapped passengers?

Cardinal Buses is well-equipped to service individuals with accessibility needs. From lift-equipped motorcoaches to securing scooters, wheelchairs, and rollators for travel, our team is versed in these unique transportation needs.

Where can the motorcoach come to pick us up?

That’s the beauty of chartering a bus: we come to you. We can pick you up wherever you want and take you directly to your destination. But, understand that we have to be able to drive a 45’ long motorcoach that is 8’ wide and 12’ tall. So, we can’t fit everywhere.

Do your motorcoaches have restrooms?

Yes, all of our motor coaches except the 24 and 33 passenger bus rental are restroom equipped.
